Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for an Internet Sourcer (student, 50%) in our recruitment department for a customer of us. Its around 60-80 hours per month. This is a ideal person who wants to learn IT Sourcing or as already experience in it.
We are very flexible with working times and also working from home. We are located in Campus Mlyny (https://goo.gl/maps/4cwtYUZ6oPjZPEUcA) and have there a private office.
About the role
/ Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
/ Craft and send recruiting emails
/ Coordinate with hiring manager in Switzerland to determine position requirements
/ Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search) mainly over Linked
/ Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
About you
/ Knowledge or willing to learn sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings
/ English advanced level is required
/ Good understand (writing&reading) of German would be a big plus.
/ Understanding of IT terms, like Java, SQL, etc would be also a plus
