Financial Controller

Your main responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support monthly and yearly financial closing processes
- Cooperate with the accountants to deliver timely and accurate financial information
- Ensure compliance of financial data to statutory accounting law and tax regulations
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting
- Research technical accounting issues for compliance
- Cash Flow monitoring
- Prepare month-end and year-end management reports and financial statements
- Calculate and issue financial and operating metrics
- Calculate and prepare the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Establish and execute internal controls over the company's accounting and internal procedures
- Develop the business process and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Cooperate with Senior Accountant on the year-end financial audit and Tax returns
