Data Analyst

SUMMARY
This will be a key role within the Resonate reporting team, supporting all areas of the business, client facing and internal and determining opportunities to automate. Developing systems and tools that Resonate will take to market as automation of process, analytics tools, commercial models and others. Data Analyst will also help setting up systems to receive data flows and export data flows such as knowledge management systems, CRM, ticketing
system, monitoring systems and other items.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Set up and Develop Reports – Setting up reporting systems and data management for key clients and internal teams
• Ensure they have an owner or are automated and operationalized
• Run reports – regularly on an agreed reporting cycles - Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques
• Develop in house systems / tools which Resonate will take to market or use for internal purposes.
• Support the management team – this would be for ad-hoc reports and set up of management data / reports
• Find opportunities to automate and implement these automation efforts based on business case viability
• Manage tools and systems pertaining to data management and ensure that there are correct tools set to facilitate optimal performance
• Deliver on internal and external assignment deliverables often matrix reporting to a Resonate or Customer PM
• Manage data standards and ensure compliance
• Support Resonate Technical Teams with data reports and automations
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Networking basics – IP, subnet mask, routing, etc.
• Good knowledge of reporting, reporting systems and automation
• Good knowledge of SQL, Databases, Power BI and other reporting and data aspects
• Advantage is practical knowledge of programming language (knowing basic principles of programming)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate
• Significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Good working knowledge of Unified Communication technologies
• Ability to coordinate other technical specialists and staffing delegation
• Strong in customer environment
