Job description, responsibilities and duties

The Human Resource Admin will perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of the organization's human resources function. This is a visible position which may include daily contact with employees, supervisors and management on matters of employment, policies, procedures and HR activities. Further, this position also provides administrative support for financial department and company’s accountants.

Responsibilities:
Candidate must have a strong communication skill, preferably 1 and more years of practical experience in HR related role. Candidate must have integrity, be highly analytical, and have a strong desire to learn and be deeply involved in the all aspects of business. Must be organized and methodical in their work, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt easily to change. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact and communicate effectively with personnel from all levels of the organization.

• Recruit qualified candidates for open positions
• Conduct new hire orientation
• Prepare and maintain personnel files
• Administer weekly and monthly timekeeping for personnel. Reconcile timesheets with manager, and other payroll-related documents
• Assist with all HR informational meetings
• Listen to concerns and suggestions from associates and provide timely feedback
• Assist in a variety of Human Resources and administrative tasks and projects
• Understands the computer system and departmental information flow
• Maintain and report on timesheets
• Monthly review of vacations and substitute offs
• Prepare travel related documentations based on Slovak legislation
• Manage processes and documents related to business travels
• Support HR & line managers in their queries and providing monthly reports
• Manage internal processes related to economy and Human Resources
