We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager who's ready to make an impact for an innovative technology company with a global audience. If you have a passion and deep understanding of driving performance campaigns strategy, analytics-based decisions, and delivering measurable results, we have the perfect job for you!

You will manage success metrics (conversions, conversion rates, CPA) of all performance marketing channels. You will work with product marketing managers and other specialists to understand their goals and optimize campaigns based on overall impact and understanding of marketing plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop successful strategies for digital performance channels
  • Plan, & optimize PPC campaigns for search, display, social and native formats; mostly on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Expand our reach, reduce acquisition cost, and increase efficiency of campaigns with respect to a defined goal; track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
  • Analyze performance of existing paid campaigns and reporting for management
  • Monitor budget and manage it in respect to goals and ROI
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests, A/B and multivariate testing of your ideas based on the data obtained
  • Write attractive, concise and engaging copy for adverts in English
  • Keyword selection and audience targeting
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Cooperation with the product marketing & creative team in maintaining communication consistent branding across all campaigns
  • Manage collaboration with performance marketing agency and maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and other vendor partners; find and test vendors and new ad channels
  • Trend analysis for PPC in the global B2B technology segment
  • Monitor competition in the field of digital paid advertising

Wage (gross)

2 000 EUR/month(depending on the professional qualifications and experience, salary may be subject to increase) + variable bonus

Personality requirements and skills

  • Minimum 3-5 years proven working experience as a PPC Manager, Performance Marketing Specialist/Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist
  • BSc/BA, preferably in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Google certification
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven thinking
  • Knowledge of SEM and digital marketing concepts
  • Professional knowledge of multiple platforms (e.g., AdWords, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Proven experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Hotjar, or similar Facebook Business Manager etc.)
  • Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • Understanding of HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
