Job description, responsibilities and duties

Service desk is the single point of contact for incident resolution of our card management system. The system is used for card transaction processing for Raiffeisen Banks within central-eastern Europe.
You will be responsible for various tasks:

- Distribution, tracking and documentation of all incident (requests, incidents, outages,...), which were sent/detected on Service Desk.
- Incident/ requests resolution and technical support
- Communication and escalation to the next level support /when necessary/

- Script and process execution for file processing /regular operation tasks/
- Incoming, control and file processing /regular operation tasks/
- Processing of output files /regular operation tasks/
- Control of notifications- control of automated processes
- Communication with Visa/MasterCard and clients (RBI Banks)
- Cooperation with L2/L3 support on incident resolution

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards

minimum 1000 € + fix allowances twice a year (base salary depends on candidates level of experiences and skills)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1) or Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - advanced
UNIX/Linux - basic
SQL - basic

Personality requirements and skills

- Work in shifts:
- 7:00 – 15:00
- 9:00 - 17:00
- 13:15 - 20:00 + Saturday once per month)

- PC skills /above the average user/
- English - intermediate
- Communication skills and customer orientation
- Organized approach to work
- Willingness to learn
- Respect for rules and guidelines

- Great advantage is IT support experience; SQL; Unix basics
