For our client, a well-known company with long history and global presence, we are looking for a candidate to join their small 1st level technical support team which helps internal employees with issues related to their PC, email, printers, etc. You will speak to employees based abroad who will reach out to you for technical support via phone and email (tickets).
Your team will teach you everything you need for the job and if you wanted to develop yourself further, you will get funding for any other training or certification you think would benefit you in doing your job well.
