Place of work: The Nitra Region

Duties:
• Responsibility for final results of Project
• Direct cooperation with Investor
• Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones, estimates the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Proactively manages changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Responsibility for selection, retention, supervision and termination of all subordinated staff
• Maintaining of organization of all budgets, costs to complete, variances, and provides updates to the controller
• Monitoring situation on Projects

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in construction sites
• Minimum 3 years experience in the field of project management
• Solid technical knowledge, able to understand drawings and plans
• Excellent planning skills
• Ability to allocate one's time effectively, work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
• Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
• Ability to create, lead and develop projects teams
• Financial and time results orientation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of English
• Very good negotiation skills
