-managing the order cycle (order acknowledgement, validation and availability -check of ordered items, ensuring amendments to orders are actioned immediately)
-logistics (monitoring order status, communication with suppliers)

Czech-German fashion company based in beautiful Holešovice, Prague 7, is looking for a junior candidate for Sales Coordinator role. We are happy to welcome to our team proactive, detail orientated and organized person, who can handle a broad variety of administrative and business support related tasks.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

-1-3 years working experience in similar job such as customer service, sales support
-fluent in German and English

-strong knowledge of ERP systems or the ability to learn it in a short time
-solid administrative organization skills, detail orientated
-client orientation and readiness to help
