Job description, responsibilities and duties:
* Inventory management activities - ordering of CPE from vendors (Telcobuy, CTDI, etc), raising of bulk POs in Ariba, orders tracking, resolving of related inventory issues
* Day-to-day seed stock level maintenance of CPE for managed services (EVPN, AVPN, MRS, MIS, AVTS, AVTS SIG, etc)
* Creating various reports per requirement from the upper management and for the reporting needs of the team
* Hardware retrieval activities (Coordination of all hardware retrieval activity, retrieving of CPE equipment from customer’s premises to our US warehouses)
* Investigation and follow up on open retrieval requests until successful closure
* Managing receipts of returned equipment, updating assets in the internal databases
* Interaction with other internal & external business partners (Project Managers, Warehouses, Technicians, Procurement, Vendor management, etc.)
* Cross- trainings for other organizational roles (Staging, Procurement, etc)

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

* A confident communicator with the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and customers
* Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality output
* Strong commitment to process and quality improvement
* Self-motivated , proactive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive
* Good team member, with ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport

Technical:
* Computer literate with experience of a range of software packages
* MS Outlook-advanced
