Job description, responsibilities and duties

The developer is considered the technology, responsible for the analysis, design, development and implementation of software projects on an ITSM tool suite. The developer will work closely with the Platform Architect, Business Analyst(s), IT Support, matter expert and Technical teams to ensure that administration and implementation are conducted per policy, procedures and best practices

• Proactively maintain technical and functional knowledge applicable to the ServiceNow platform

Personality requirements and skills

• 2-3 Years’ experience with developing JavaScript preferred with an ITSM background
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and good understanding of
o Asset/Configuration/Incident/Problem Management, Product Catalog etc
o ITIL Foundation certification good to have
• Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
• ITSM tool experience is a plus
• Experience in CMDB, Discovery and integration with other external modules is a plus
• Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
