CEE Regional HR Business Partner

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Strategic and operational support for the management of regional service lines in the area related to HR, in particular:

  • co-creating a human resource management strategy supporting the organization in achieving business goals;
  • leading performance assessment cycle across CEE;
  • responsibility for comprehensive support of the company's internal clients in HR processes, i.e. support in matters related to performance evaluation and employee development, employee relations, labor law, etc.
  • recommending and taking actions aimed at increasing the engagement and effectiveness of employees;
  • implementation of HR policies and processes;
  • monitoring key HR indicators and recommending actions on moderation panels;
  • consultancy in the area of ​​human costs - implementation of the budgeting and forecasting process;
  • introducing tools and solutions to facilitate the management of various HR areas and processes in the company;
  • supporting team cooperation and internal communication;
  • project management and / or participation in internal HR projects.

Personality requirements and skills

  • min. 3 years of work in a similar position in the HR department in a large and dynamic company with a matrix structure;
  • experience in working with management and many internal clients;
  • high business awareness;
  • knowledge of HR tools, best practices and trends on the market;very high interpersonal skills, e.g. negotiation and argumentation skills, relationship building and influence skills, strategic thinking skills and presentation skills;
  • great organizational skills and dynamism in action;
  • fluent command of the English language (used at work);
  • knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
  • higher education.
