with a proven track record within REAL ESTATE market.

The leading architectural-consulting company offers highly attractive position of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGR based in Bratislava. The main purpose of the role will be developing business opportunities to build effective relationships with potential clients as well as managed and motivate small team of real estate professionals to achieve success.

Location: BRATISLAVA, FANCY ENVIRONMENT

Main responsibilities:
• Contribute and execute the strategy and business plan in the BRATISLAVA AND SLOVAK REGION
• Promote the company to clients and actively develop business opportunities
• Have a good understanding of the real estate market throughout the Slovak Republic
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing clients
• Achieve agreed team targets and KPIs: billing, revenue and profitability

Skills & Expertise:
• At least 2 years of a proven business experience ideally in a commercial sector
• Ability to deliver excellent client service
• Significant experience of leading own projects or being a lead contact point for projects
• Business winning capability
• Very good presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and people management abilities
• Reporting to Managing Director for Slovak Republic
• Excellent multitasking skills, highly organized and able to work within a team
• Demonstrable understanding and experience in business development and client relationship management
