IT Service Manager

Job description, responsibilities and duties
Manage and lead the service and maintenance (virtual) team, which supports implemented information system UNIX/Linux platform.
• Supports the deployment of service management tools, governance, methodologies, standards, ITIL procedures and a cornerstone of the IT strategy.
• Ensure SLA are achived and client expectations are met
• Supports the consolidation of project IT infrastructures in line with the global strategy. (Cloud, Automation Deployment, CI/CD)
• management of 2nd 3rd level support and follow up all processes related to Service and Maintenance (Installation and maintenance all related software)
• Deployment of service management tools, methodologies and standards.
• Deployment of infrastructure within agreed time, cost and quality requirements
• Support the Project Service Management teams
• Escalation of unresolved infrastructure issues.
• Support the Incident and Problem Management processes.
• Support the Change Management process
• Ensure Service Management standards are met.
• Responsibility for budget and recharge management.
• Prioritize and manage the enhancement requests flow,
• Communication with headquarter.
