Senior Android Developer

We are looking for developers, who will be participating on design of android application.
- Create user-centered interfaces that optimize the user experience of considering usage statistics, market analysis, customer feedback, usability findings, and A/B test results
- Develop design interface specifications through conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes
- Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications, standards, guidelines and requirements
- Front-end development
- Explore many different approaches to solving a specific user problems
- Ensure that the product logically flows from one step to the next.
- Ensure consistency across all products and platforms, enforcing standard UI patterns and guidelines across all deliverables
- Define interaction models, user task flows, UI specifications, communicate scenarios and screen designs to stakeholders
- Concept and implement the visual language and create and advance site-wide style guides
- Conduct asability studies

- Keen understanding of user-centered design principles, careful attention to detail, as well as ability to grasp multiple product requirements
- 3 years of experience in mobile development in Android, preferable experience in Kotlin
- Experience conducting usability tests, A/B testing, end-user interaction studies, usage data mining
- Able to work independently and drive results
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a highly collaborative team: effective listening, respect for other perspectives and contributions, and both offer and accept feedback openly
- Experience in kotlin, rest, json...
