Group Controlling Manager (CEE region)

• Responsibility for management of group controlling activities in international company
• Conduct reviews, analysis and reporting of incoming orders, sales, customer profitability and consolidated customer margins and will ensure correct valuation of product costs, and will review material master updates affecting standard costs
• Creation of ad hoc financial reports for top management and other departments
• Responsible for calculations of new products and evaluation of financial effectiveness of current products
• Discovering of bottlenecks in company functions with the aim to decrease expenses and increase productivity of company
• Prepare budget and monthly forecast in coordination with operations and the management
• Assist in periodic closings, reporting and analyses of the financial results
• Product area controlling including business plan, quarterly forecasts, financial result analysis, for multiple product lines within the plant and sales operations
• Identify, recommend and coordinate cost reduction measures to achieve planned result
• Implementing training and development strategy of the Controlling department
• Establish flexible and effective internal control procedures
