Technical Service and Sales Representative (with focus on technical part)

• Ensure that all PPG and customer safety requirements , and ethical standards are met at all times
• Follow standard PPG ethics code
• Carry out technical service for PPG customer:
• Conduct surveillance of technological processes through the use of PPG materials.
• Ensure the conformity to specification of the daily production from all process areas
• Perform a workshop adaptation of PPG products according to customer requirements
• Establish and implement communication links / visits to Inspection area, visits to customer line laboratory, visits to customer process engineers on a regular basis .
• Ensure a good flow of information between the PPG laboratory, management and the customer, so that members of the PPG and the customer staff have appropriate understanding of the projects and were informed about the status of the work and tasks
• Conduct monitoring of production lines, where are used PPG products. Regularly monitor painted parts, and process equipment, at key stages of paint process and inspection and investigate any concerns noted in a dynamic and proactive basis. Communicate concerns to relevant customer personnel or PPG. Identify where possible route cause of concern ie: material, equipment or process.
• Evaluate technical projects, solve Coatings Product field issues, evaluate new product technologies,
• To secure production and ensure all necessary operations before and after planned shutdown
• Control the level of materials, plan, order and receive the deliveries
• Ensure that any concerns raised by customer are investigated on a dynamic and proactive basis.
• Report the problems immediately to supervisor and take appropriate preventive actions
• Solve problems using problem solving tools.
• Apply a logical and calculated approach to problem resolution , and instruct the operators to make changes as and when required
• Organise line trials according to requirement , monitor performance , and report accordingly to those concerned
• To effectively and precisely prioritise their work .
• Undertake regular process reviews to investigate potential sales oportunities, quality improvements and cost saving benefits.
• Implement ideas aimed at improving quality and productivity at work
• Cooperate in the coordination of supplys and monitoring it.
• Monitor, evaluate and plan consumption for the used PPG products at the customer line
• Support and perform tanning for new or less experienced TSSR.
• Activelly support and participate on a „secure launch“
• Promote PPG products.
• Maintain a good relationship with customer
• Update and distribute weekly report internally to define current performance
