Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
The main mission of the IT Operations engineer will be migration of Plastic Omnium users to Office365 cloud services, its further management, maintenance and reporting.
Main activities of IT Operations engineer are:
- definition and regular follow-up of operations on IT systems such as
• Office 365 cloud services and on-prem integrations, AWS cloud services
• Private cloud infrastructure: Storage systems (Hitachi, Netapp), Virtualization platforms (VMWARE, Hyper-V), Monitoring systems, etc.
- Communication and coordination of inter-site activities (can be part of certain phases of larger projects )
- Regular audits on defined systems
- Supporting and evolving reporting tools
- Application of Service layer agreement where defined
- Following and evolving Group IT pole guidelines for operations on systems
