Job description, responsibilities and duties
We offer a great opportunity to join our HR team for a new colleague skilled in L&D area. We are looking for a dynamic, positive, communicative, friendly and emphatic person, with experience in area of implementation and running of trainings throughout the whole company.
Your main tasks will be:
• Build the training plan (actions; time schedule, trainers, trainees and budget)based on the guidelines and site triggers:
o Analysis of needs expressed by the various departments
o Site projects
o Training assessment
o Annual assessment review
o Progress plan
o Customer requirements
• Propose the best solutions according to training needs (internal/external training, choice of trainers, teaching methods…)
• Source, select and evaluate external training companies
• Participate in the development of internal training modules (teaching objectives, content, evaluation criteria) and prepare internal trainers (train the trainer sessions)
• Implement the training plan, monitor, and evaluate the quality of each action
• Keep training tracking and any required evidence according to customer requirements and division procedures
• Coordinate / provide Management Skill Training (Leadership, Communication, and Teambuilding) for all supervision levels.
• Follow up the training budget and alert in case of any deviation, source possible subsidies
• Follow up training indicators and make all mandatory reporting
• Participate in Orientation / Induction Process for new employees.
