Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a communicative, customer so as detailed oriented person, able to process data from various inputs, following internal control procedures, preferably with previous experience in SAP and very good skills in MS Excel. This is new position in our plant which is needed for our new customer and due to transferring responsibilities from headquarters in Germany.
Your main tasks will be:
• Sales master data management
• Analysis of prices accuracy for invoiced goods
• Recording of sales prices based on customer orders
• Supervision of validity dates of sales prices
• Communication with sales and logistic team regarding correct invoicing prices
• Invoicing the customer at the right price
• Cooperation with accounting and controlling department in retro-billing process
• Cooperation with colleagues in Germany headquarters
