Job description, responsibilities and duties
MISSION:
• Controlling of project financial costs and profitability in connection with budget.
• Project accounting
• Preparation of financial analyses for projects.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
• Responsible for financial reporting and preparation of various financial analyses and comments related to projects.
• In cooperation with financial and project manager to define and to implement controls over the project reporting process.
• In cooperation with financial manager responsible for preparation of project budgets and forecasts.
• Responsible for project accounting
• Responsible for monitoring of project results.
• Communicate with project teams and other departments
• Responsible for SAP project settings (project orders, standard rates..)
• Manage accounting records taking into account Plastic Omnium structure and procedures
• Coordinates all activities related to his indicators, prepares and follows action plan
• Perform other activities resulting from Financial manager guidelines
3 / - SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES:
• SCOOP Key-user – responsible for PAMS
• Respect all safety & environmental rules.
• Follow 5S standards.
• Continuously improve all process performance indicators
