Job description, responsibilities and duties
You have a passion for finding knowledge nuggets out of large data sets? We have billions of behavioral data records from several hundreds of media sites, hundreds of thousands of subscription and payment records, and a growing set of other data at our disposal.
Our customers are some of the largest international media brands and are seeking ways to better engaging their audiences in order to grow their digital businesses. Our new product line, Piano AI, enables our clients to collect, manage, enrich, and analyze the vast amounts of data that are being collected every second in near real-time. Our analytics components enrich data and generate insights automatically.
As leading member of the Analytics team you will guide your team and also work yourself on cutting-edge analytics models and components that are available as part of the Piano AI product. You will be working with Big Data toolsets and databases, statistical packages like R, and code in Python. You will review solutions and guide your team colleagues on the approaches to take and methods to choose. Together with the product owner for AI you will develop the roadmap of analytics services. Over time you will become product owner for the Analytics components of AI.
Job specification:

• Lead a small team of data scientists
• Structure and assign tasks to your team
• Guide others on resolving their tasks and review solutions
• Provide input to new focus areas for research and development
• Work with the AI development and architecture team to ensure deployability and performance of the components
• Support other stakeholders with data analysis
