Are you looking for a challenging job in Finance? Join our exceptional Finance team in Photoneo where we make robots see with our award-winning 3D cameras.
Your daily tasks will consist of three different areas:
Tracking of custom-made production:
* Project planning of Revenue & Cost for every project
* Collecting and tracking of spending for every project
* Noting and highlighting discrepancies and reporting them to Financial Director
Raising Invoice:
* Raising Invoices
* Preparing delivery notes
* Tracking payments of invoices
Invoices lifecycle handling:
* Keeping records of incoming invoices
* Checking all invoices according to accounting groups
* Checking correctness and tax data of the invoice
* Payments processing
* Processing invoices and sharing them with an accounting company
