Job description, responsibilities and duties

MAIN REPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

Candidate will use his/her communication skills daily when working in Customer Service team. The main role is to maximize the timely collection of orders from our customers, through the effective management of inquiries made and received by email. Candidate will be responsible for adequate supply levels of the medicine product and ensures timely distribution of the medicine product to the centers in order to meet market demand.

• Collecting and final reviewing customer’s orders.
• Follow up preparation, packaging and dispatching process by close cooperation with European Logistic Centre, Brussel (ELC).
• Submit purchase request for invoicing to ELC and distribute invoices.
• Investigate and settle a customer complains
• Maintain good business relationships with customers/centers.
• Weekly order entry and dealing with PEBV for queries. Managing 25 additional orders/week in line with ELC colleagues.
• Tracking the delivery on its route, identify and collect questions and issues and report to responsible colleagues.
• Inquiries from customers – thermal shipper treatment, documentation, regimen of boxes returning, manipulation with product, identify and collect questions & issues and report to responsible colleagues.
• Processing the inquiries about practical regimen of vaccination, informing the vaccination centers in line with BoH instructions & information.
• Communication with Patient Associations, Professional Associations etc. based on relevant colleagues Q&As (Medical, Sales, Quality, Pharmacovigilance, Customer Service, Legal, etc.)
• Preparation of regular internal reports about sales performance

Position is contracted via personal agency for 1 year .

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Computer Science, Finance, Business, Mathematics or a related field

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Microsoft Outlook - Advanced
Microsoft Word - Advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - Advanced

Education & Experience

• University degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, Mathematics or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Customers Service, Sales
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Fluent written and verbal English
• Demonstrated planning skills
• Ability to co-ordinate the activities of others
• Strong time management
• Computers skills: SAP knowledge preferred, Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, e-mail
