Job description, responsibilities and duties

- general support for HR Leaders with all tasks
- HR administrative role, personal administration and employment issues, employee contracts and all necessary administration concerning employees for two divisions
- supporting recruitment process - advertisement, pre-selection of CVs, communication with candidates, scheduling interviews, interviews with candidates after agreement with HR Lead
- complete responsibility on leading on-boarding process for new employees, and departure of employees
- administrations of employee holiday system, providing required reports
- workday expert
- providing reports to HQ, monthly reporting and other required reports
- permanent self-education in the Labor Code area
- complete responsibility and cooperation with external payroll, collection of data, reports
- maintaining company organization chart
- create and coordinate all HR survey
- administration of documents and communication with HR supplier/agencies
- support to Partner with identification, preparing and administrative support of trainings, motivation programs, coaching session, etc.
- support for all managers in Pharma division with HR administrative tasks
- support with preparation of presentation for meetings, business reviews
- support with coordination of all social events (team buildings, offsite, company meetings)
- support internal communication with preparation of documents, translation of documents
- advising on Organizational design/structure
