Job description, responsibilities and duties
- responsible for building commercial capability of sales force and marketing through implementation of sales force and marketing capability programs
- responsible for effective SFE processes including S&T, KPIs monitoring & execution - driving continued improvement for business performance
- supports BU heads in building capabilities through consistent approach to drive performance by establishing processes, implementing projects and frameworks
- focus on Selling capabilities, Coaching, KAM and Marketing Excellence and ensure agreed with action plans and deliverables
- implements transformational commercial capabilities and frameworks to drive launch excellence
- leads Commercial Excellence agenda in market
- responsible for implementation of specific projects
- ensures best in class Sales (Field Force, KAM and FLSM) and Marketing capabilities in market
- provides support for MSR/KAM development process after diagnosis and Commercial Modelling projects
- define sales and marketing capability gaps within market and define action plans
- implements Segmentation and Targeting process
- acts as business partner and plays an instrumental role in key decision making
- reports to Country Director
