Production Manager Assistant

You will be responsible for organising and preparing daily work for your colleagues in the 70-member production team. During the day you will ensure the quality requirements in the production area are followed by each team member. During the day you will prepare the plant material for further processing. At the end of the shift (we are running on 1-shift production) you will register the working results for your department in the system. You will help the newcomers in getting the appropriate working skills, mainly by providing individual trainings for the smoothest possible adaptation in the team. Together with the production manager you will prepare the effective staff allocation for all production areas during the lower and higher seasons and you will also be responsible for ensuring optimal levels of temporary employees are assured for each of these seasons. In the absence of Production manager you will take care of the whole department in daily management. You will also participate on regular performance reviews for staff members in the production area. On top of this you will take active part in several projects on a local and global level, where you can demonstrate your self-motivation and ambitious approach.
