Junior Java developer with 24x7 On duty tasks - BA,BB, ZA

It involves working on open source project, new features development, bugs identification and fixes. The second part of your job involves on duty tasks outside the standard working hours. This will be agreed and scheduled with your project manager and your main responsibility will be to answer the calls, respond to emails and helping customer according to a manual. Independence is a key but of course you will get the necessary training at the beginning. You will work on a project for customer at the other end of the world, therefore good communication is a must, be it in person, via email, or by phone.

The salary corresponds to the skills and experience of the candidate:

SW Developer (junior) 1300 - 1600 €,
SW Engineer (semi-senior) 1600 - 2200 €,
SW Engineer (senior) starting at 2200 €

The salary range is given in EUR. The salary is divided into a fixed and variable part (the variable part is paid in full unless the Code of Conduct is broken or work tasks are not performed).

Mentioned ranges are only base salary. For each shift you will have the allowance for on-duty time, or work on Saturday, Sunday and night according to law.
