Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Placing material orders from the vendor in the SAP system based on forecasts
• Communication with the supplier about orders and transport of material
• Communication of material availability by service - confirmation
• Product portfolio management - phasing out old products, setting up new products in SAP
• Communication with the warehouse
• Material inventory monitoring and parameter setting - safety stock
