Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Management of defined brand portfolio of OSRAM and it's subsidiaries in approximately all countries (ca. 160), which are subject to trademark protection in all related fields of activity
- Execution of registrations and renewals of trademarks in Germany and abroad within the assigned Portfolio framework;
- Preparing and processing of all contracts with third parties, required under the trademark division, including contracts with affiliated companies, such national subsidiaries; monitoring of related obligations and deadlines
- Conducting brand research upon instructions of the supervisor
- Creation of all necessary documents in the framework of a trademark office until legalization by the respective consulates
- Description of trademarks (transfer from- or to third parties), including a process of address change or a process of legal form change
- Handling the payment transactions associated with the trademark office
