Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Continuous Improvement Expert at OSRAM:
- Defines and establishes a Continuous Improvement (CI) program to be rolled out within Global Shared Services (GSS);
- Leads the use and implementation of CI methodology: Six-Sigma, Kaizen, Lean and other; Facilitates methodology for CI;
- Develops program to build CI capabilities in GSS Operations and Finance, e.g. training in CI methodologies, lean, kaizen, etc. ;
- Responsible for the CI pipeline of opportunities: from identification, ideation, assessment, prioritization and programing for execution to realization of improvements;
- Measure and assess performance and deliverables of the CI program and value contribution.
Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Bachelor's degree)
Personality requirements and skills
- Proficiency in Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies and tools;
- Required extensive experience in turnaround or excellence programs requiring CI; Knowledge of Global Shared Services environment;
- Master Black Belt in Sig Sigma;
- Experienced in transformation of turnaround programs;
- Fluent level of English language.
