Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Client Business Unit (CBU) PMO is assigned to specific contracts where Orange provides complex or customized solutions or where the customer governance is complex, which will require some adjustment to the Orange standard organization (account team) and processes.
The CBU PMO supports the CBU Director to ensure that Orange provides services in line with the contractual agreement and meets the right level of customer satisfaction.
1. Contract bid/presales phase
During the pre-sales phase, the PMO is expected to:
Support CBU to document target governance model.Agree with stakeholders on the areas that will be managed during the run phase
2. Contract Setup Phase
During the build phase of the contract, the PMO will provide support to the CBU to:
Build communication plan.Build CBU induction pack.Build improvement plan templates.Setup the resource forecast process… Any other relevant activity agreed with the CBU Director
3. Contract RUN phase
During the run phase of the contract, the PMO will provide support to the CBU in the following areas:
Manage communication plan.Manage service improvement plans.Reporting support.Resource forecasting.Take over the responsibility of specific areas after handover from experts, depending on the agreements with the CBU. Typical examples: Risk & issue register, billing governance, etc.
4. Quality and efficiency management
As agreed with the CBU, secure quality handover between various teams (pre-sales, sales, ordering, transition,..)Capitalize on the knowledge gained from working with the CBU team to:
Recommend process improvement if needed.Ensure all process documentation are maintained
Advise the CBU on best practices gathered by the team in other accounts
5. PMO Practice development
Ensure that lessons learned are documented and available to team.Ensure best practices are updated accordingly.Participation to develop and maintain specific templates.Participation to business development ideas
Participation to internal interlocks

Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English language
Expert in MS office suite
ITIL v3 foundation certification
Financial background is a plus
