Planner & Buyer / SAP

• Planning, sourcing, production and delivery, to ensure a good quality of product
• Maintain the purchase order process (ensure that requests are valid and meet procedural
requirements)
• Working with SAP to process orders
• Follow up on deliveries
• Review invoices
• Domestic and international shipping to and from customers, including any requirements for international shipping documentation
• Collaborate with operations personnel to recommend and measure overall materials
• Goods inventory and communication with operations team to ensure that inventory of parts meets production needs
• Ensure stock availability, using lean warehouse management for production
• Maintain accurate inventory records including maintenance
• Use of manual inventory system and planner to track inventory movement
• Leverage the supplier network
