As a Application Support Analyst you know what it takes to analyze the issue and know who’s going to be responsible for the solution. You know all the ins and outs of our product and the solutions we provide and if you don’t know it, you’re not scared to dive in the matter and be the subject matter expert.
BRIEFING
In this role, you will be working for Ohpen’s Lending and Mortgages domain (previously Davinci). Your role will be important, as you are the first contact person when it comes to IT-related questions. You’ll work in 2nd line support for a specific banking module.
As incoming incidents can be quite complex, you need to be able to analyze them and come up with solutions and improvements from both technical as well as business logic perspective. As far as the root cause analysis goes, you’ll be using system/application trace logs and functional/domain knowledge and specifications.
Your stakeholders vary from our clients (second line) to direct colleagues and engineers, but most important you can answer the incoming request due to your technical and in-depth product knowledge.

• You’re interested in fintech and banking industry and excited to acquire knowledge about mortgage lending processes applied in banking corporations
