Job description, responsibilities and duties
A Key Account Manager will be responsible for the growing business within modern trade partners in Slovakia.
- Implement strategy of profitable co-operation with modern trade partners to build strong long-term partnership with them
- Drive close cooperation with other channels within Sales team
- Develop customers sales plan, budget plan, trade terms policy
- Monthly forecast
- Track performance and KPIs
- Evaluate Channel trade investment implementation, efficiency and effectiveness
- Build up category knowledge and understanding
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet performance objectives and customers’ expectations
- Meets assigned targets for sustainable profitable growth and strategic objectives
