NOVIS is looking for a member of risk management department with English language having experience with life insurance.

In respect of your job position you will be responsible for:
- planning, implementing and coordination of risk management processes;
- risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing, quantifying and monitoring the risks to which NOVIS is exposed to or risks which might lead to risk profile change;
- own risk and solvency assessment process and ORSA report preparation;
- establishing and quantifying risk appetite, risk tolerance and limits;
- risk reporting to the board of directors.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

We require:
University master’s degree (e.g. actuarial science, financial economics, statistics and / or mathematics)
Experience in a control (audit, risk, compliance)
Experience with Solvency II (legislation, methodology and reporting)
Experience with Excel is a must
Experience with SQL is an advantage
Working experience with actuarial software (e.g. Prophet, Sophas) is welcome
Taking initiative is your nature
Clear and convincing communication, both oral and written (in English) is a must
Analytical thinking
