Do you like continuous improvements, managing projects and you have Six sigma or other relevant management techniques for business process improvements?

My client is a global Tier 1 automotive manufacturer and supplier who is currently looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join their expanding team.

Who I am looking for:
-3 plus years experience in automotive as a project coordinator with knowledge of relevant manufacturing processes
- Six Sigma green belt (black belt is highly desired) or Shainin
-Advanced technical skills (engineering, electrical engineering, reading technical documentation)
-advanced problem solving methods (Is / Is not, 5 Why, ...)
-project management skills
-Active English, German is highly desired
-independent and confident leader

What you will be doing:
-Improving business process (Pareto analysis, Six Sigma)
-Conducting professional training and coaching candidates during project implementation
-Strengthening the problem-solving culture in all technical areas through independent control and validation of training activities
-Development and systematic analysis of the causes of complex warranty issues, critical customer complaints, chronic failure factors, major design phase issues, or critical supplier failures
