Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for the Swiss territory, an inside sales to ensure the development and generation of new opportunities. You will be in charge of the phone prospecting and email of all the French speaking territory of Switzerland. You will be in charge of generating opportunities for the areas of hardware sales, service sales, selling our cloud services, selling Managed Services and monitoring maintenance renewals of our existing customers. .
Responsible for making targeted calls each day, maintaining and tracking leads activity. To succeed in this position, you need to have strong communication skills, be highly motivated, and have a professional customer focus and the proven ability to work in a dynamic team remotely.
Among other duties, position involves dealing with French and English speaking customers via email and over the phone. German language will be considered an asset.
Your enthusiasm and drive are more important to us than previous experience although candidates with customer service or call centre experience will be highly regarded.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate maintenance and upgrade sales by contacting existing customer base;
Generate new business in the entire territory
Generate new appointment with prospect for your sales team in Switzerland
Ensure that notification, order processing, invoicing and billing occur;
Solicit maintenance renewal sales by contacting existing customers with contracts;
Contact existing customers regarding upgrades to their software with pricing and quote information;
Document maintenance renewal and upgrade information into the system;
Contact vendors for pricing, product information, quotes and additional necessary information.

Education/Background required:
Previous experience in IT sales, preferably software industry;
Prior experience successfully meeting revenue quota;
Technical background is preferred but not necessary;
An understanding of ICT technology, Cloud and Managed Services experience is an advantage.

Communication:
Fluent or native in written and verbal french
Fluent in written and verbal in English
Fluency in other languages is an asset
