We are looking for a pro-active, extroverted sales expert with track-record and experience in developing new software and consulting deals in the banking industry. As Regional Sales Manager in New Frontier Group, you will have significant impact on our growth and future success in the Banking sector. You will report to the Regional Sales Director for Banking and work alongside with our Marketing and Presales team.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and converting new opportunities into successful and happy customers. The work is achieved in close cooperation with the Marketing team, the Presales team, as well as the Professional Services organization.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Create and rapidly execute a territory (regional) growth plan
• Create and develop new opportunities with banks and new financial players in the region
• Provide accurate and timely forecasts
• Exceed annual revenue quota
• Responsibility of managing and leading the process from lead to deal
• Working closely and coordinating the required team from marketing, pre-sales and professional services

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Personality requirements and skills

Your profile
• Bachelor or University degree, and eager to pursuing a career in an international company
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience (mid-career)
• Background in enterprise software or consulting services
• Consistent track record of new account acquisition
• Ability to understand customer business drivers and to establish buy-in at all levels
• Demonstrable success in developing and managing executive relationships with customers
• Digital-minded and tech-savvy
• SaaS experience is an asset
• Experience in selling to financial services and/or Banking
• Understanding of the value of digital, Omni-channel and automation
• Exceptional organizational, presentation and communication skills, verbal and written (English)
• Ability to set clear targets and development plans. Set objectives to achieve those targets
• Ability to structure and follow-up precisely on leads and drive entire transformation from lead to deal
• Readiness for extensive travel requirements after the on-boarding phase
