Job description, responsibilities and duties
Emmes, a global full service clinical research organization (CRO) dedicated to supporting the advancement of public health and biopharmaceutical innovation is seeking Clinical Data Manager.
The key responsibilities of a Clinical Data Manager are the following:
• Manage all aspects of a global clinical study data management process from start-up to the database lock.
• Provide support for regulatory submissions.
• Manage the selection process for a Global Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system for clinical studies.
• Plan, design, validate, verify and implement database or EDC systems to support clinical studies globally from a data management perspective.
• Review and contribute to clinical protocols/amendments, clinical study reports, statistical analysis plans, etc.
• Review and advise on Case Report Forms (CRF) completion guidelines, prepare external data transfer specifications and other study documentation related to data management.
Minimum Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s or University Degree in health, clinical, biological, chemical or mathematical sciences, or related field and preferably with direct Data Management experience.
• Candidates without university degree who are extensively skilled in databases work will be also considered.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
