We are searching for a DDI Engineer to join our Networking team which is supporting a BlueCat DNS/DHCP environment. Let's begin this hiring process with us! :)
Your RESPONSIBILITIES are going to be:
Your RESPONSIBILITIES are going to be:
- Escalation point for network related issues on a global scale, maintaining SLA's for security and reliability
- Provide short and long term solutions to enhance network performance and stability.
- Installation and configuration of DNS, DHCP, IPAM and DDI network management systems
- Providing basic and advanced IP Management administrative services.
- Monitoring and Maintenance of DDI Infrastructure (patching, vulnerability scanning, …)
- Troubleshooting on BlueCat servers (Standalone, Cluster or Anycast configuration)
- Lead role on various network projects, system upgrades and conversions, as well as support related projects and tasks; create and maintain documentation for all network systems.
- Take control of team members enablement, by providing on-hands day-to-day training sessions, including labs, troubleshooting sessions on real world scenarios and tracking progress
- Provide technical deep dive training sessions for team members on new features prior to release

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
Skills required:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required. Advanced degree is preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in a Linux environment
- Prior experience implementing and supporting DDI vendors (Primarily BlueCat, advantage is QIP, Infoblox, etc.)
- At least 3 years of experience with DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and BIND
- Experience with VPN, TCP/IP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP and related network infrastructure
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Perl.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead projects around building hosts
- Must be familiar with industry trends and new technologies
- Experience working in large enterprise networks is desired.
- The ability to work under pressure and interface with senior management will be key to these roles
