Woking hours are from 2-2:30 PM to 10:30-11 PM.

What you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers and collaborating with other team members
- Managing multiple opened tasks
- Ensuring the customer's satisfaction
- Keeping customers updated about the resolution of their issue
- Performing work independently and within defined SLA’s for quality, response time and productivity

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Polish - Advanced (C1)
