Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a Business analyst who will enable new suppliers in SAP Ariba- a person able to understand the procurement process from end to end in order to cover the operational changes and managing catalogues. You will participate in projects meant to implement Ariba supply chain collaboration and help the company by recommending approaches for improved supply chain and purchasing delivering processes.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and document business partner requirements and map process flows through interviews and existing systems documentation or procedures
- Responsible for writing and executing test plans and test cases
- Coordinate tasks between the business team and technical resources for the on-boarding of suppliers for SAP Ariba and Catalogue Enablement
Requirements:
- Good Procurement knowledge
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- More than 2 years experience with SAP Ariba
- Familiar with Data Analysis and Conversion, eProcurement/Catalog knowledge,Training and Implementation, Quality Center for Tracking Defects and creating test cases
- Business Process Testing experience is an advantage
