Key responsibilities:
• Manage and implement NW projects and related changes as part of a project implementation for particular client (LAN, WAN and Security)
• Perform various NW migrations or new device implementations (HLD and LLD and consultancy)
• From a technical perspective you will work with LAN, WAN and Security
• Proactive to anticipate issues or situations which impact service quality, adapts quickly to new technology & understands complex infrastructures
• Analyzes and solves incidents involving several different & remote support teams, Identify root cause of incidents and make appropriate recommendation to avoid future failure
• Leads planning activities in preparation of change implementation
• Ensures projects and changes are implemented with appropriate authorization and approvals
