NATEK is a leading provider of IT Outsourcing and Consulting Services in CEE. We provide complete range of IT services, near shoring and platform service delivery.

Ensuring our continuous growth on the market, we are looking for new colleague to join our recruitment team. You will work collaboratively with our recruiting team to prospect new, passive candidates and make our interview process effective, efficient and a memorable experience. You will gain exposure to the full cycle of recruitment in a high-growth and continually evolving environment.
We will train, so you don’t need prior experience in staffing or prior tech experience. The most important skill will be attitude and desire to connect and make friends with a lot of people each day. We source and proceed candidates from all over the world which broad our minds and contributes to international career.

Responsibilities:
• Sourcing: source candidates from Slovakia and abroad, using creative and diverse strategies, such as social networking, online searches, recruiting databases, local conferences and events, and employee referrals. Proactively maintain robust pipeline of potential candidates across recurring client roles and geographies. Recontact candidates for the newly opened vacancies.
• Screening and Assessment: assess candidates’ credentials and (soft skill) cultural fit. Provide every candidate with a seamless, professional experience from first contact to final decision.
• Brand Cultivation: clearly and convincingly articulate our support structure and value proposition to all candidates.
• Onboarding: educate candidates regarding relocation/visa process, make job offers, negotiate with candiates. Built relationship with candiates.
