In this exciting and varied role, you will execute initiatives through I2M (Innovations to Market) processes for the manufacturing site and ensure effective execution, coordination, tracking & communication of change as it relates to new and existing products, packaging and processes for the plant.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Support Project Development/Execution such as Master data creation, artwork, raw/packaging material availability, track timings – and report to project team. Organize trials (e.g. materials, team logistics etc.). Communication and execution of promotional activities within the I2M process.
  • Support ongoing business simplification: Provide inputs to site Process Leader to support integration of overall site change management agenda to ensure delivery of projects while maintaining service levels. Coordination (planning and tracking) with all plant departments for plant trials, key project activities. Status tracking and communication of plant activities key cross functional team members (external to the plant). Work on the simplification agenda and support the delivery of the site productivity and improvement agenda. Ensure execution of regional /global menu cards and ensure that manufacturing hurdle rates are met.
  • Support site Process Leader to Manage the interfaces with the category Product Change Managers and be responsible for the timely execution of new initiatives and business related projects using IIM methodology; Coordinates effectively with Operations Core team to setup teams for the projects and with the Engineering team to manage startup and construction activities for the projects.

  • Strong operational & manufacturing experience in consumer goods industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards
  • Possess financial & business acumen, project management skills and Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment, Technology & Engineering automation basics.
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & experience in ERP systems. Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills.


Main Responsibilities

  • Lead Implementation of productivity projects - with focus on raw and packaging materials, including implementation of new specifications and supplier switches, etc. within agreed time and budget.
  • Key contact for defined raw/pack supplier for project implementation, e.g. of NPD's, new specification and supplier switches
  • Provide supplier input in cross-functional meetings, eg.: project team meetings, etc
  • Organize trial execution for supplier related projects (raw materials and packaging)
  • Generate ideas of productivity projects linked to raw materials & packaging materials for category pipeline
  • Strong linkage to key stakeholders to minimize waste/scrap costs
  • Facilitate origination cost payments

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • University Degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 year’s experience in commercialization in Procurement/Operations or similar role.
  • Experience of working in a multicultural teams and environment.
  • Worked in role with extensive multifunctional interaction/ exposure
  • Languages : English & Slovak
