As a Master Data Specialist you will be responsible and accountable for all Master Data maintenance within the INET TMS & MM systems that is needed to run the daily transport operation smooth, automated, and efficient and pay suppliers correctly and on time.

As a Master Data Specialist you will be responsible and accountable for all Master Data maintenance within the INET TMS & MM systems that is needed to run the daily transport operation smooth, automated, and efficient and pay suppliers correctly and on time.
How you will contribute
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Billing and Pricing master data maintenance in Alpega MM module and respective excel file
- Updating FlatTo file templates on a weekly basis and sending updated file to Transport Team for further distribution each Tuesdays
- Secure proper administration of price and transport related master data / upload and maintenance in Alpega TM and OTM including price conditions
- Agreement administration - Set up of a relationship between payer and service provider linked to price matrixes after certain conditions are met
- Dealing with daily operational requests from stakeholders. Supporting Transport Team in LCC [Load Control Center] by timely resolving / responding to requests arriving to generic LCC-MD email inbox
- Secure and support proper administration of Vendor creation via Supplier Central tool
- Execute weekly/monthly fuel floater calculation and set up within the systems (INET/ OTM)
- Annual / Monthly tender support – integration of new service providers, contracts, prices, commercial terms, building Optimatrix via Power BI tool
