Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main responsibilities:
  • Being responsible for the timely availability and quality of product information data in order to support all data publishing requirements to customers
  • Coordinating end-to-end data flow process
  • Proactive tracking to meet publication timelines
  • Backlog handling, tracking and preparing publications
  • Apply data quality management policies
  • Anticipating publication requirements to customers
  • Monitoring all create and change requests for publications and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure correctness and completeness
  • Tracking, monitoring and reporting on new creations, changes, delisting and End-to-End data object creation
  • Support business functions in issue solving, customer complaints and publication issues
  • Cross-functional collaboration with data owners
  • Ensuring data shared with customers and consumers follow local regulations
  • Taking part in various projects

Information about the selection process

3+ years experience in Data Management (in a service function)
  • Experienced in working with SAP and Excel on advanced level
  • Preferable is experience in working with GDSN (Global Data Synchronisation Network) data flow and GS1 standards
  • University degree required
  • Very good English knowledge (German knowledge would be an asset)
  • Agility, multitasking and standing alone approach
  • Solution oriented team player with very good communication skills
