Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main responsibilities

Support for Senior Key Account Executive and KAM COOP and KAM COOP
Tracking onTrade incentive budget
Processing of results and reports
Handling of invoices and credit notes
Reporting on daily base ( consecutive results, results vs. forecast, results vs. last year)
Details of price list and up-dating for different customers
Listing of new products ( creating folders for each customer Local Modern Trade Slovakia )
Construction , arrangement of promo data in Lógio
Accounting of accruals for each client of Local Modern Trade Slovakia ( by brands )
Implement company strategies into area of responsibility
Together with field sales be responsible for the execution of agreed programs and activities for Local Modern Trade

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1) or Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

Personality requirements and skills

Preferred business experience / knowledge of Local Modern Trade customers
Intermediate English
Excellent communication skills
PC skills – Power Point, Excel, Word preferred SAP
Organized person, open minded with positive approach
