Job description, responsibilities and duties

As part of Manufacturing, you’ll use your skills, our systems and a wide array of raw materials to help create the delicious finished products our consumers love. While taking ownership in your area of work, you’ll also ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues while producing our top-quality products reliably and efficiently within our integrated supply chain.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage changes and interfaces through the project management and communication with Business Unit partners and other internal Operations departments.
  • Lead projects within the scope of Business development. Take full responsibility for project management.
  • Cross-functional management of projects. Support implementation of new appropriate procedures, products and technologies - establishing optimal (quality/cost/capacity) process parameters.
  • Assuring of financial, legal and Quality management system requirements within a scope of the position responsibility.
  • Direct and independent contact with business unit partners concerning new products
  • Support productivity Capex program items to be realized in time and according to actual budget.
  • Participate on evaluation of the trials and test results with new raw and packaging materials done by Research Development & Quality
  • Support commercialization of new products and processes

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

  • University degree is required
  • Project management required
  • First experience in similar positions
  • Presentation skills
  • Languages: Slovak/Czech & English is required
  • Ability to work in team and independently
